Promontory Club is seeking a dedicated Home Services Housekeeper to maintain private homes and rental cabins to Promontory standards. You will perform cleaning duties across multiple properties, ensure guest satisfaction, and follow the Home Services Director's protocols.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, a high attention to detail, and a professional demeanor. Wages start at $20.00–$22.00 per hour, with full benefits and occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; must be 21+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver license with good driving record; ability to be added to Promontory’s vehicle insurance; pass a pre-employment background check.
• 1–3 years related housekeeping experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and courteous with Promontory Club Members and employees.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned homes to Promontory standards (trash, sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, windows, kitchens, restrooms, beds, laundry).
• Provide excellent customer service to Members and associates.
• Report broken equipment or safety hazards to the Home Services Director.
• Complete home cleaning checklists and submit to the Home Services Director after each shift.
• Maintain neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures; work flexible hours including holidays/weekends.

No other community comes close.Promontory Club is looking to fulfill a vacancy for a Home Services Housekeeper – Full time.The position of Home Services Housekeeper provides cleaning services in private homes and Promontory rental cabins. The Housekeeper will maintain homes to the highest quality of cleanliness and follow all cleaning protocols provided by the Home Services Director. The Housekeeper is responsible to ensure that all owner requests or issues are resolved as quickly as possible by your own actions or with the help of other Home Services personnel.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure the cleanliness of all homes are up to Promontory standards.Provide excellent customer service to Members and associates.Clean all homes that are assigned to you by emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, cleaning kitchens, cleaning restrooms, making beds and doing laundry.Understand the use of chemicals and proper amounts of chemicals that are provided for use by the home owner or the Home Services Department.Report any broken equipment or safety hazards to the Home Services Director.Responsible to complete all home cleaning checklists and turn in to the Home Services Director at the end of each shift.Responsible to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries and unsafe work practices to Director of Facilities. Complete safety training and certifications.Other duties as assigned by Home Services Director.OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Promontory Development functions on a seven day per week basis. This position may be required to work different shifts, including holidays and weekends, to accommodate the changing needs of the business. The number of hours worked each week may vary to meet the changing demands of the business and may require more or less than 40 hours per week. Schedule is subject to change.There may be occasions where it may be necessary for this position to serve as otherwise directed or needed to help maintain the effective and efficient operation of Promontory Development. This assignment will be at the discretion of the Home Services Director.
