Job summary

Cullen Construction is seeking a Service and Warranty Technician to support luxury custom home building, remodeling, and homeowner services. This hands-on role handles warranty requests, maintenance services, punch lists, and residential repairs while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate is a skilled trades professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, communicates effectively with homeowners, and enjoys working on residential construction and maintenance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential construction, handyman, or maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania building codes preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to diagnose issues and coordinate with licensed trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential maintenance, repair, and light construction work across luxury homes and homeowner services.
• Complete punch list items and finish work as projects near completion.
• Respond to warranty and service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, materials used, and progress photos.
• Coordinate with project managers, team members, and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Communicate schedules, service appointments, and progress with homeowners.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and local codes and safety requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good condition.
• Assist teams with service, maintenance, and construction-related tasks.
