Natuzzi Americas, Inc. in Frisco is seeking a Design Consultant to join our luxury home furnishings team. You will engage clients, highlight product features, and guide them from showroom to delivery with exceptional service.

The role emphasizes relationship building with clients and trade partners, meeting sales goals, and using design knowledge to tailor solutions. A background in interior design or sales in luxury furnishings is preferred, with strong communication and retail experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or education in luxury home furnishings, interior design, sales or architecture preferred.
• Capacity to use and promote sales tools to support sales (eg rendering).
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Retail Experience.
• Experience with a POS system and proficiency with MS Office software and web navigation.
• Attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and generate sales with Natuzzi products.
• Explain features and benefits to clients.
• Identify customer needs and solve problems.
• Prospect new business using company programs.
• Provide courteous, knowledgeable customer service.
• Collaborate with realtors, architects, and interior designers.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
• Close sales, write quotes, and follow up with customers.
• Enter orders per company policy.
• Show enthusiasm for design.
