Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in residential construction PM, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with Sage 100 Contractor and ProCore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10+ years in residential custom home PM.
• Experience with Sage 100 Contractor and ProCore preferred.
• Strong analytical, highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills and reading drawings.
• Excellent communication with project teams, owners, vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to hit milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules to monitor progress and milestones.
• Assist in obtaining permits and revisions and contribute to cost estimates.
• Source suppliers and subcontractors; negotiate terms for materials and services.
• Coordinate with design teams and owners on selections and meetings; record minutes.
• Preside over weekly PM/superintendent meetings to control critical path.
• Process procurements, including POs, subcontracts, change orders.
• Review submittals and keep field/office teams informed with current information.
• Maintain project documentation in ProCore.
