Job summary

LHH is partnering with an established luxury home builder in the Fort Myers area to seek a Construction Project Manager who will oversee multiple high-end residential projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This role requires managing budgets, schedules, buyouts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and closeout while coordinating superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and designers to uphold exceptional craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong background in luxury residential/custom home construction, ideally on $5M–$10M+ projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple active construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and project controls.
• Procore experience strongly preferred; Sage/Timberline familiarity is a plus.
• Local to the Fort Myers/Southwest Florida market.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–3 concurrent high-end custom residential projects from preconstruction through completion
• Own project schedules, budgets, buyout, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and closeout
• Coordinate superintendents, subcontractors, architects, designers, and other project stakeholders
• Maintain project budgets and schedules while proactively addressing cost, quality, and timeline issues
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, ownership, and field teams
• Ensure projects meet the quality and craftsmanship standards expected within luxury residential construction
