Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager in San Diego, CA to lead luxury custom home projects and ongoing property maintenance. The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent client service, and coordination with homeowners, vendors and internal teams to deliver high-end results.

You will oversee multiple high-end properties, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and compliance across all sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in custom home, luxury residential, or high-end residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, finishes, trades, and building systems.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, repairs, or maintenance needs simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate residential subcontractors, vendors, and service providers effectively.
• Exceptional organizational, project coordination, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance, repair, and improvement activities across custom residential properties.
• Act as the primary contact for homeowners regarding property needs and projects.
• Coordinate and manage multiple residential projects from initial request through completion, ensuring timely and professional execution.
• Evaluate property maintenance needs, determine solutions, and prioritize tasks according to urgency, budget, and client expectations.
• Source, schedule, and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades for various property needs including landscaping, painting, repairs, and upgrades.
• Review estimates and proposals, monitor work progress, and ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines.
• Conduct property walkthroughs to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, invoices, and completed work.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, vendors, and service providers.
• Respond promptly to client requests and provide regular project updates.
• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure high‑level customer service throughout every engagement.
• Plan and coordinate future property improvements and upgrades.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
