Job summary

gpac LLC. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of high-end luxury custom homes in Bluffton, SC. This hands-on role focuses on field leadership, client relations, and tight control of cost, quality, and schedule.

Time is split about 70% in the field and 30% in planning, coordination, and reporting, coordinating with homeowners, architects, and designers to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in luxury custom home construction.
• Strong client-facing and professional demeanor.
• Proven cost management and budgeting experience.
• Hands-on builder with understanding of means and methods.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making.
• Established relationships with local subcontractors and vendors.
• Able to work both in the field and in the office.
• Buildertrend experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage luxury custom home projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Be primary contact for homeowners, architects and designers.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, cost tracking and change orders.
• Lead on-site subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain quality, safety and attention to detail.
• Proactively solve problems to keep projects moving.
• Build relationships with local trades and suppliers.
• Balance field leadership with office duties like documentation.
• Utilize Buildertrend or similar to manage projects and communication.
