Job summary

WRMC, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of luxury multifamily and HOA communities. You will oversee operations, finances, compliance, and client relations while guiding on-site teams to deliver exceptional service.

You will partner with boards and internal teams, manage budgets, and implement best practices to drive efficiency and resident satisfaction across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of property management, community association management, or related leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of community operations, financial management, budgeting, and customer service.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting preferred.
• Experience with Boards of Directors, HOAs, condominiums, or community associations is highly preferred.
• Professional designations such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for a portfolio of residential communities.
• Partner with Boards of Directors, General Managers, and internal departments to achieve goals.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and ongoing fiscal management for properties.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and SOPs.
• Lead, coach, and support on-site management teams including hiring and training.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and company policies.
• Build strong relationships with Board members, residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Attend Board, budget, and annual meetings, and other events as needed.
• Assist with community transitions, onboarding, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements for performance and satisfaction.
