Job summary

VIP Systems in Naples, FL, seeks a proactive Project Manager to oversee luxury high-rise technology infrastructure projects. You will coordinate between developers, general contractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of construction PM experience, strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, and exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in low-voltage systems or related construction industries.
• Strong understanding of Structured Cabling Systems, Access Control, and Network Infrastructure.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and contract documents.
• Experience with project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout South Florida.

Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management: manage from turnover through closeout; maintain schedules, budgets, and resources; mitigate risks.
• Stakeholder Coordination: liaise with developers, general contractors, consultants, and clients; coordinate meetings.
• Resource Planning & Field Coordination: allocate labor, subcontractors, and materials; track productivity; manage costs.
• Documentation & Compliance: handle RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, COIs; ensure compliance and proper records.
• Quality & Safety Management: ensure installations meet specs and safety standards; conduct reviews and inspections.
