Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, coordination, operations, or the A/V industry.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from sale through completion to realize client vision.
• Coordinate teams, timelines, materials, and resources to stay on track.
• Partner across Sales, Design, Operations, and Installation for clear communication.
• Conduct site visits and quality checks to maintain standards.
• Manage project financials and procurement for accurate billing.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, including walkthroughs and handoffs.
• Step in to support installations and keep projects moving forward.
