Job summary

VIP Systems, Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking a Project Manager to oversee luxury high-rise technology infrastructure projects.

You will be the primary liaison between clients, developers, general contractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure safe, on-schedule, and on-budget delivery of high-performance systems. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in related construction PM roles and strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, plus the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in low-voltage systems, security integration, electrical contracting, telecommunications, or related construction industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from turnover through closeout, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Serve as primary contact for developers, general contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate activities, providing guidance.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate labor, field crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Prepare change orders, review invoices, and support billing and forecasting.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and closeout packages.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with specifications and codes.
