Job summary

Valor Real Estate Development, a luxury developer, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion on site in Florida. You will coordinate with leadership, contractors, and project teams to keep schedules, budgets, and quality on track.

The role requires five years of luxury residential condo PM experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Office and project software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in luxury, residential condo construction.
• Uses good judgment, leadership and decision making experience to accomplish goals.
• Ability to deal effectively with the public; communicate with Architects, Contractors, client’s representatives, etc.
• Microsoft Office applications and Project management software experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction milestones from pre-construction through completion.
• Provide oversight and reporting on daily activity of construction.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and review schedules for inspections.
• Review construction schedule with GC and monitor status.
• Inspect workmanship and safety standards on site.
• Coordinate pre-settlement inspections with homeowners.
• Monitor production rate and quality.
• Manage change orders and submittals with contractors.
• Prepare startup and closeout documentation.
• Manage document control and RFI responses.
• Lead project meetings and track action items.
