Job summary

MPI seeks a Superintendent (Punch List) to support a flagship luxury high-rise residential development in South Florida. You will manage punch list activities for residential units and common areas, coordinating subcontractors to ensure timely completion of outstanding work.

You will assist the Lead Superintendent with daily field operations, track progress and quality using construction management software, and uphold safety and scheduling standards across the project.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of construction experience, ideally in multifamily projects.
• Background in mid-rise or high-rise apartments, condominiums, or residential communities.
• Experience managing punch lists, closeout, or turnover activities.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera and Excel.
• Experience with a general contractor or relevant subcontractor is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage punch list activities for luxury multifamily residential units and common areas.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion of outstanding work.
• Support the Lead Superintendent with daily field operations and project execution.
• Track progress, quality, and closeout activities using construction management software.
• Maintain safety, scheduling, and quality standards throughout project delivery.
