Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, resort, or guest-service/front-office supervision is required.
• Ability to lead a team, resolve guest concerns, and manage multiple needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail and hospitality mindset.
• Comfort with front-office technology and standard office software.
