Job summary

Faena New York is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and ensure a luxury experience from arrival to departure. The role emphasizes elegant service, coordination with multiple departments, and in-room feature briefings.

You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, and guide them to dining, spa, and local attractions while maintaining confidentiality and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end residential setting.
• Excellent communication and polished demeanor.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong knowledge of New York City geography and transportation.
• Familiarity with Forbes 5-Star service standards and luxury etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests with a warm, professional welcome.
• Transport luggage to rooms promptly and safely.
• Provide overview of room features and hotel services.
• Respond swiftly to guest requests and deliveries.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and group arrivals.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation in lobby and front areas.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments.
• Deliver packages, flowers, or special requests with care and discretion.
• Observe guest confidentiality, safety, and security.
• Promote Faena’s values and assist with tours or recommendations.
