Job summary

You will transport guests to and from the airport and other destinations, greet them warmly, open doors, assist with luggage, and help guests learn about our events and amenities.

A valid New Jersey CDL with passenger endorsement and a clean DMV record are required, along with at least one year of professional driving experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of professional driving experience.
• Must possess a valid New Jersey CDL with passenger endorsement.
• Must have a clean DMV record and a strong safety mindset.
• Excellent English communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Serves as an ambassador for Caesars Entertainment.
• Maintains a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Pick up and drop off guests on time and safely to predetermined locations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
• Assists guests in handling luggage and packages.
• Opens doors for guests as they enter and exit the vehicle.
• Maintains a clean and presentable vehicle.
• Assists guests with answering questions about events, the resorts, and amenities.
• Promotes Total Rewards programs and card membership.
