Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Atlantic City seeks a friendly Chauffeur to deliver exceptional guest service, ensure safety, and act as an ambassador to our brand. You will transport guests to and from the airport and other destinations, greet them warmly, open doors, assist with luggage, and help guests learn about our events and amenities.

A valid New Jersey CDL with passenger endorsement and a clean DMV record are required, along with at least one year of professional driving experience.

Qualifications

Job description

A Chauffeur will be passionate about customer service, guest safety, and be a company ambassador while transporting guests to and from the airport as well as other destinations. They will set the tone of the guest experience by being the first person to welcome our guests to our properties and wish them farewell as they depart. A Chauffeur must exhibit a high level of professional, polished, and personalized guest service that embodies the company’s brand, standards, and core values. $9.25 per hour

• Serves as an ambassador for Caesars Entertainment.
• Maintains a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Pick up and drop off guests on time and safely to predetermined locations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
• Assists guests in handling luggage and packages.
• Opens doors for guests as they enter and exit the vehicle.

• Assists guests with answering questions about events, the resorts, and amenities.

• Must have at least 1-year previous professional driving experience
• Skilled in the safe operation of limousines, SUVs, and all other vehicles in the fleet.
• Must have and maintain a clean DMV record.

• Must possess a valid a New Jersey and Commercial Driver's License (CDL); with passenger endorsement.
• Must have thorough knowledge of Atlantic City, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New York roadway systems.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Submits updated New Jersey DMV report and driver’s license as requested.
• Safe driving record, no more than 2 points for violations on an individual’s driving record.
• Previous experience working in a luxury hospitality setting.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Ability to speak, read and write in languages other than English.

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to a team member, candidate, and guest problems, in a timely manner.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist, and work at a desk/counter when performing functions of the job.

• Must have manual dexterity to operate all office equipment.
