The role requires a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a current medical card, along with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior bus driving experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• CDL with Passenger Endorsement and current medical card required.
• Previous bus or motorcoach driving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from designated locations in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Operate shuttle or bus with care while ensuring passenger safety.
• Complete documentation for transportation schedules and mileage.
• Provide information on local attractions, events, and property promotions.
• Promote Caesars Rewards programs and guest services.
• Monitor compliance with guest policies, including underage restrictions.
• Maintain adherence to attendance, safety, and company guidelines.
