• Read log book daily.
• Follow rooming procedures and assist with guest services.
• Operate bell carts carefully to avoid damage.
• Deliver guest valet laundry promptly.
• Provide directions and information about local areas.
• Follow emergency procedures and complete end-of-shift checklists.
