Qualifications

• Two or more years in hospitality or guest services.
• Experience in luxury or resort settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests and owners and assist with luggage and orientation.
• Coordinate departures and luggage handling.
• Manage curbside flow and shuttle handoffs during peak periods.
• Train and lead bell staff and manage schedules.
• Provide anticipatory guest services, including reservations and transportation.
• Cover front desk shifts during low-volume periods.
