Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and The Lodge & Club seek an experienced Group Sales Manager to grow group business across our luxury Florida resorts. You will prospect, develop relationships with planners and corporate clients, and manage the full sales cycle from proposals to contracts.

Travel for client meetings, tradeshows, and site inspections is required to drive new opportunities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, a track record of meeting revenue goals, and familiarity with Delphi

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in hospitality sales preferred.
• 3–5 years of group sales experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Experience with Delphi or Salesforce CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, solicit, and secure new group business within assigned markets and segments.
• Manage assigned accounts and build relationships with meeting planners, corporate clients, associations, and incentive groups.
• Proactively prospect for new business through outside calls, emails, and networking events.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up to convert opportunities into definite business.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts reflecting Ponte Vedra Beach Resorts' luxury standards.
• Negotiate group agreements and close opportunities balancing client needs and revenue goals.
• Turn over contracted groups to Conference Services and ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate account information and pipeline in Delphi/Salesforce CRM.
