You will develop and maximize the business plan through direct sales, digital marketing and revenue management, while ensuring strong internal and external communications with clients and ownership. Responsibilities include prospecting, building client relationships, responding to opportunities, and coordinating contracts, site inspections, and client communications across hotel departments to close

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through direct sales, digital marketing, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Respond quickly to group and catering opportunities.
• Ensure bookings stay within hotel parameters.
• Conduct site inspections and client presentations in person or virtually.
• Create contracts and maintain client files and activity tracking.
• Detail events with F&B, setup, and A/V needs; ask relevant questions.
• Communicate client needs to all hotel departments and ensure execution.
• Use negotiation and selling skills to close business and finalize contracts.
