Nautilus 220, a luxury waterfront condominium community in Lake Park, FL, seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior spaces, landscaping, and outdoor amenities to the resort-like standard.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, ability to work outdoors, and teamwork with operations staff; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; weekends/holidays as needed; onsite parking and benefits.

Formación

• 1+ years of groundskeeping or outdoor facilities experience.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation standards.
• Ability to operate outdoor maintenance equipment safely.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain exterior grounds, landscaped areas, walkways, and outdoor common areas.
• Ensure property presentation meets luxury hospitality standards.
• Remove trash and debris from exterior spaces.
• Assist with basic landscaping tasks (watering, trimming, mulching).
• Maintain and clean outdoor amenity spaces (pools, decks, waterfront areas).
• Inspect exterior areas for safety hazards and maintenance needs.
• Operate and store groundskeeping tools safely; coordinate with vendors and staff.
