Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist for our Authentication Centers in New Jersey. You will be the first point of contact for Asset Protection, help secure entrances, and support loss prevention, safety, and audits across a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment.

You will work with the Authentication Center team to investigate incidents, review video, and enforce security protocols, while collaborating with leadership to maintain smooth operations and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move 50lbs of merchandise and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact between Asset Protection and all TRR employees, providing a friendly, professional attitude.
• Secure the main entrance and building as needed.
• Support security, shortage control, auditing, conflict resolution, inventory, and other duties as assigned by Asset Protection Leadership.
• Assist with daily video reviews, high-value investigations, and special projects in support of Asset Protection and Operations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure shortage control, safety, and Asset Protection policies are followed.
• Assist with off-site events and shoots as needed; adapt to varying schedules including evenings and weekends.
