This on-site role requires guiding staff, maintaining pristine facilities, and coordinating with Golf Operations to ensure flawless opening, pacing of tee sheets, and seamless service for daily play and club events.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying high-altitude weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly personalized and anticipatory service experience for members and guests.
• Lead outside services staff to uphold exceptional hospitality standards.
• Oversee all daily outside operations including bag handling, cart staging, and practice facility readiness.
• Ensure flawless execution of opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain efficient flow and timing of tee sheet staging to support a seamless golf experience.
• Coordinate closely with Golf Operations to align service delivery with daily play.
• Support club events, tournaments and high-profile member activities with precision and professionalism.
