Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to deliver premium service to golfers and resort guests. You will engage guests at the Airstream venue, anticipate needs, and assist with beverage and food service in a fast-paced luxury setting.

The role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Prior exposure to golf hospitality and a flexible schedule are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or golf operations is preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English to communicate with guests and team members.
• Wamiliarity with alcohol service regulations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hospitality ambassador for the Golf Department and ensure attentive service.
• Welcome golfers at the Airstream venue and anticipate guest needs.
• Provide complimentary food, snacks, and beverages as part of the golf experience.
• Maintain awareness of daily golf activity, tee times, and events.
• Establish relationships with members and resort guests and deliver personalized hospitality.
• Support golf tournaments and special events with coordinated hospitality and refreshment services.
• Oversee daily setup and presentation of the Golf Airstream and amenities.
• Coordinate with Golf Operations leadership on schedules and guest feedback.
• Process guest purchases through designated point-of-sale systems and manage beverage offerings.
