Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts at Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a skilled Mechanic to support golf course operations and collaborate with the agronomy team to meet maintenance needs.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing gasoline, diesel, and electric equipment; welding; maintaining a clean work area; keeping records; and following safety procedures. A valid Texas driver’s license and high school diploma are preferred; bilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with gasoline, diesel, and electric equipment is expected.
• Ability to weld and use a gas torch.

Responsibilities

• Communicate needs with the Agronomy Equipment Manager.
• Diagnose, adjust and repair mechanical defects on golf course maintenance equipment.
• Prioritize repair work and maintain records of labor and parts.
