Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Golf Attendant to support bag drop, bag room, and practice facility operations. You will assist with golf bags, carts, and range setups, while delivering courteous service to members and guests in a luxury resort setting.

Ideal candidates are professional and attentive to detail, comfortable working outdoors, and able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior golf or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
• Hospitality or resort experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
• Assist with golf bags and equipment during guest arrival and departure.
• Clean, inspect, stock, charge, and stage golf carts according to resort standards.
• Organize, store, retrieve, and transport members and guest golf bags.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and secure bag room.
• Set up and maintain the driving range, putting green, short-game area, and cart staging areas.
• Pick, clean, and replenish range balls and practice supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout all outside golf areas.
• Complete daily opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with tournaments, outings, special events, and shuttle transportation.
• Anticipate guest needs and consistently deliver courteous, efficient service.
