Job summary

The Springs Resort & Spa in Pagosa Springs, CO, seeks a dependable Pool Cleaner to uphold water clarity, deck cleanliness, and overall pool area sanitation for our 45+ geothermal pools. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in a luxury wellness setting.

Responsibilities include skimming, vacuuming, debris removal, water testing assistance, chemical adjustments, and maintaining organized pool areas. Weekend availability and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pool cleaning tools and equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Skim, vacuum, and brush pool surfaces to maintain water clarity.
• Remove debris from pools, gutters, and surrounding areas.
• Assist with routine water testing and report irregular readings.
• Support chemical adjustments as directed by certified personnel.
• Maintain pool decks free of standing water, debris, and hazards.
• Clean and sanitize pool decks, walkways, railings, and seating areas.
• Pressure wash designated areas as scheduled.
• Remove trash and used towels to maintain a polished environment.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Assist during peak periods and with opening/closing procedures.
