Alila Ventana Big Sur in California seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Rooms Division and deliver highly personalized luxury service. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will guide daily operations, guest interactions, and service recovery while maintaining Forbes standards and collaborating with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office management or Rooms Division supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Forbes-rated properties or Forbes service standards preferred.
• Luxury resort or destination resort experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop guest-facing colleagues.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front Office operation in partnership with Director of Rooms.
• Maintain leadership presence during guest arrivals, departures, and stays.
• Ensure warm, personalized luxury service and guest recognition.
• Coach colleagues on Forbes service standards and service language.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell, Spa, F&B, and other departments.
