Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, Bell, or similar hospitality role.
• Previous luxury hotel, resort, ranch, or destination-property experience is a plus.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm, attentive service and help plan their stay.
• Handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and room assignments; process payments.
• Coordinate daily operations with the Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other teams.
