Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Input and retrieve information during check-in/out; manage room rates and guest details.
• Assist with room selection and billing; code keys; close accounts at checkout.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and retrieve mail/facsimiles as requested.
• Resolve guest issues by researching and offering effective solutions; authorize revenue allowances when needed.
• Log items in Lost & Found; ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
