• Tech-savvy with ability to use hotel systems efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Facilitate check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Act as concierge with local insights and recommendations.
• Resolve guest needs with empathy and problem solving.
• Collaborate with valet, housekeeping, sales and others for a flawless stay.
• Handle payments and room assignments with discretion.
