The Bristal Assisted Living in Woodcliff Lake is seeking a Concierge Greeter to create an exceptional first impression at our busy front desk and reflect the luxury hospitality of our community. You will welcome residents and guests, answer calls, relay messages, greet visitors, handle inquiries with warmth, and help keep logs up to date while assisting with basic computer tasks.

• Clear and confident speaking voice, in person and on the phone.
• Cheerful, upbeat, positive and professional demeanor.
• Attentive to details, situations and emergencies.
• Strong, patient and pleasant communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) preferred.
• Fluent English in spoken and written communication.
• Respectful and polite to residents, guests and team.

Responsabilidades

• Answering and redirecting incoming calls with professionalism and positivity.
• Taking accurate messages and responding to resident requests.
• Greeting visitors warmly and completing information cards.
• Responding to inquiries from residents, guests and team members in a timely manner.
• Ensuring emergencies are handled promptly and appropriately.
• Keeping front desk logs accurate and up to date.
• Performing basic computer data entry as needed.
