Aman New York invites applications for a Front Office Agent role. The position offers an hourly compensation rate of $37.91 and requires delivering high-touch luxury hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

You will check guests in and out, manage guest communications, and maintain guest histories. Strong English communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with Opera PMS are valued assets in this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related luxury hotel experience.
• Graduate of Hotel School or College Degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Opera PMS knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual a plus.
• Organized with high attention to detail and the ability to handle diverse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform Front Office tasks to create the Aman New York guest journey.
• Check-in and check-out of hotel guests and club members.
• Manage chats with guest movement and arrivals/departures.
• Maintain a high-quality guest history database.
• Respond promptly to guest and leadership feedback and follow up.
• Know NYC activities, travel times, costs, and transport options.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized front area.
• Attend pre-shift and departmental meetings and perform assigned duties.
