HEI Hotels and Resorts’ The Stoneleigh in Dallas seeks a frontline hotel associate to deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/out and assist guests with information on local attractions.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to operate a computer system, and accurate cash handling. A calm, professional demeanor in a busy environment is essential for success in this front office position.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a calculator for moderate math accuracy.
• Able to stand and move throughout front office and input information into a computer system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with arrival and departure and manage check-in/check-out.
• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome and provide information on hours and local attractions.
• Complete registration in the computer system and verify guest details (guests, room rate, number of guests).
• Promote HEI Hotels and Resorts programs and brand offerings.
• Handle guest payments, post charges, and balance the house bank when needed.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues with appropriate solutions.
