Audi Sarasota, part of Sunset Automotive Group, is seeking a full-time Cashier–Receptionist to greet clients and handle transactions with precision. You will support a premium front-office environment and maintain financial accuracy in daily cash handling.

Previous accounting and cashier experience is preferred. The role emphasizes professionalism, attention to detail, and a polished demeanor in a luxury automotive setting.

Qualifications

• Cashier and/or accounting experience
• A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with financial transactions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask gracefully
• A polished, professional appearance and demeanor
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new technologies
• Cash handling experience preferred; automotive or luxury retail experience a plus
• Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds, Excel, or accounting systems is advantageous, though training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients in person and over the phone
• Accurately process payments for vehicle sales and service transactions with the utmost attention to detail
• Maintain balanced cash handling and ensure financial accuracy at all times
• Enter transaction data into accounting systems with care and precision

• Contribute to a calm, efficient, and client-focused atmosphere
