Key Responsibilities

• Previous accounting and/or cashier experience preferred.
• Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients in person and over the phone.
• Accurately process payments for vehicle sales and service transactions with the utmost attention to detail.
• Maintain balanced cash handling and ensure financial accuracy at all times.
• Enter transaction data into accounting systems with care and precision.
• Support a refined front-office environment through organization and administrative assistance.
• Contribute to a calm, efficient, and client-focused atmosphere.

What You Bring

• Cashier and/or accounting experience.
• A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with financial transactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask gracefully.
• A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new technologies.
• Cash handling experience preferred; automotive or luxury retail experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds, Excel, or accounting systems is advantageous, though training will be provided.
