Qualifications

• 2-3 years of prior food server experience.
• Must possess a valid SNHD health card.
• Safe food handling and sanitation practices knowledge preferred.

• Neat, professional appearance required.
• Professional interactions with customers, co-workers and management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented and able to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to all restaurant patrons.
• Input orders accurately into the POS terminal.
• Greet guests using the 10’/5’ rule with cheerful conversation.
• Prepare the restaurant for daily service and alert management of issues.
• Deliver beverages and ensure timely service.
• Ensure accuracy of food orders before serving.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant before, during and after shift.
• Maintain stock levels and notify management of shortages.
• Depart the restaurant on time after completing duties.
