Job summary

Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Collection in Telluride seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to ensure exceptional guest experiences through expertly delivered service and knowledge of our menu and beverage program.

You will oversee daily F&B operations, mentor staff, and coordinate with leadership to maintain high standards in restaurant and bar areas, while supporting a culture of teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years of upscale food service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wine and spirit service.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of liquors, wines, champagnes, and menu items.
• Lead daily line-ups and coordinate with the Director of Outlets.
• Train and mentor staff on service standards and menu descriptions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints to ensure high-quality experiences.
