Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong carpentry and finish carpentry skills relevant to high-end residential projects.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, including safe operation and maintenance.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• High attention to detail, accurate measuring, and precise cutting and installation.
• Reliable on-site work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and familiarity with OSHA or similar standards.
• Experience in custom or luxury residential construction.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Complete interior and exterior trim work including doors, windows, baseboards, crown molding, and cabinetry.
• Read and interpret plans, measure and cut materials, install fixtures and finishes.
• Use hand and power tools daily to achieve precise craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trade professionals to maintain quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist with inspections and punch-list items.
