The Finish Carpenter will complete interior and exterior trim work, including doors, windows, baseboards, crown molding, custom cabinetry, and other detailed woodwork in luxury custom homes. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting plans, measuring and cutting materials, installing fixtures and finishes, and ensuring work meets Cole Construction's standards of precision and craftsmanship. The role involves daily use of hand tools and power tools, collaborating with supervisors and other trade professionals, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The Finish Carpenter will also assist with problem-solving on complex design details and support quality inspections and punch-list completion.
