Restaurant Associates, a leading dining and event catering provider, is seeking a polished Restaurant Manager for Marcel in the Breuer Building on Madison Avenue. This is a luxury dining environment where hospitality, cuisine, design, and art converge.

You will lead front-of-house operations, uphold standards, and guide a team across multiple outlets, with a client-first approach, flexibility for nights and weekends, and a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of fine dining restaurant management experience.
• Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge with an interest in pairing and luxury service.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, detail-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a guest-first mindset.
• Experience with financial accountability, including scheduling and purchasing.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in alignment with hospitality operations.
• A passion for refined hospitality, precision, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations within the restaurant and support service across multiple outlets as needed.
• Lead by example on the floor, embodying refined, gracious hospitality during service.
• Train, mentor, and support staff to uphold luxury service standards and detailed steps of service.
• Partner with the GM, AGM, and culinary leadership to align service with Marcel’s fine dining vision.
• Maintain guest relations with professionalism, handling concerns with discretion and solution-oriented leadership.
• Support financial performance through cost control, purchasing, and scheduling.
• Assist with private, semi-private, and hosted dining activations in collaboration with the events team.
• Ensure all safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards are consistently maintained.
