Restaurant Associates is seeking a Server Assistant for Marcel, located at 945 Madison Avenue, New York, NY. The full-time shift runs 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with weekend availability and breakfast/lunch service. Prior fine dining experience is required to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous fine dining experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Full-time schedule with early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains presentation, portions and serving temperatures per HACCP.
• Adheres to safety policies and proper PPE usage.
