Vivrelle is seeking dynamic Fashion Week Helpers with experience in events, styling support, and luxury customer service to join our team for Fashion Week 2026 in New York City.

You must be available to work September 8–10 and September 14, 2026. Responsibilities include showroom activations, assisting VIPs and influencers, coordinating with partners on-site, and keeping a polished, on-brand presentation; evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, styling support, and luxury customer service.
• Polished, energetic and detail-oriented; strong communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, styling, and breakdown of showroom and event activations
• Assist VIP, editor, and influencer guests with a warm, professional experience
• Coordinate with Vivrelle's team and external partners on-site to ensure seamless execution
• Help manage product handling, including bag pulls, showroom assists, and inventory tracking during events
• Maintain a polished, on-brand presentation across activation spaces
• Communicate effectively with press, stylists, influencers, and VIP clientele
• Adapt to a fast-changing schedule and long hours on event days
• Commute to various event locations during Fashion Week
