Job summary

Vivrelle is seeking dynamic Fashion Week Helpers with experience in events, styling support, and luxury customer service to support our team for Fashion Week 2026 in New York. You will be part of the on-site presence, ensuring guests and influencers experience the elevated Vivrelle brand.

Availability required for September 8-10, September 14, 2026, with flexibility for show schedules, evenings, and weekends.

• Maintain a polished, on-brand presentation across activation spaces.

Vivrelle is seeking dynamic Fashion Week Helpers with experience in events, styling support, and luxury customer service to join our team for Fashion Week 2026.

You must be available to work September 8-10th - September 14th 2026.

We are looking for a polished, energetic, and detail-oriented candidates to support our team across showroom activations, and VIP experiences throughout Fashion Week. This person will be a key part of our on-the-ground presence, helping ensure every guest, and influencer interaction reflects the elevated, effortless standard Vivrelle is known for.

The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, moves fast without losing composure, and takes pride in representing a company in high-visibility, high-energy settings.

The right person is skilled in communication, and problem-solving. It\'s important to Vivrelle that we find teammates who are passionate about the intersection of fashion, luxury, and experiential events. Flexibility around show schedules and evening/weekend availability required.

Responsibilities:

• Support the setup, styling, and breakdown of showroom and event activations

• Assist VIP, editor, and influencer guests with a warm, professional, and brand-aligned experience

• Coordinate with Vivrelle\'s team and external partners on-site to ensure seamless event execution

• Help manage product handling, including bag pulls, showroom assists, and inventory tracking during events

• Maintain a polished, on-brand presentation across all activation spaces

• Comfort working alongside press, stylists, influencers, and VIP clientele

• Strong communication skills and a calm, can-do attitude under pressure

• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and adapt to a fast-changing schedule

• Ability to commute to various event locations throughout Fashion Week

• Must be able to speak knowledgeably about the Vivrelle brand and business model

$20 - $30 an hour

This is a temporary role, lasting no longer than 14 days.
