Job summary

Vivrelle is seeking a dynamic retail associate for a summer pop-up in the Bridgehampton area, leveraging luxury sales and customer service experience to provide exceptional guest experiences.

The role covers August and September with a potential transition to the NYC HQ once the store closes, offering a unique path within the Vivrelle network for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Luxury retail experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of maintaining a store, opening/locking up, and store operations.
• Ability to commute to the store.
• Ability to speak about the brand and understand Vivrelle’s business model.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and product recommendations.
• Oversee staff and work cross-functionally with Hampton's team members and HQ.
• Assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.

Vivrelle is seeking a dynamic retail associate with experience in sales and customer service, specifically in the luxury space, to join our Hampton's Team this summer.

The right person is skilled in effective communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving, fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike. It's important to Vivrelle that we find teammates who are passionate about contributing to a vibrant and warm retail environment with a passion for luxury retail and influencer events.

We are specifically looking for talent who can work August and September, with the opportunity to transition to an NYC HQ role once the store is closed.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and product recommendations.
• Oversee staff and work cross‑functionally with Hampton's team members and HQ.
• Assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, optimizing product displays to attract customer interest.
• Comfort in hosting VIP and influencer facing events onsite.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience within a retail environment
• Experience in a luxury retail environment is a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of maintaining a store, opening and locking up, assisting in overall store operations
• Ability to commute to the store
• Must be able to speak about the brand and understand Vivrelle’s business model

$22 - $25 an hour

This role pays hourly, is overtime eligible, and is bonus eligible at the end of the summer.
