Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue Beverly Hills is seeking a Manager, Fashion Expertise to elevate boutique teams through fashion, styling, product, and client-service mastery. Based primarily at Saks Beverly Hills, you will train, coach, and collaborate with boutique leadership to roll out initiatives across the market.

You will lead sessions on collections, savoir-faire, and premium customer experience while partnering with home office to share insights and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Recognized styling expertise and strong fashion sensibility in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience facilitating retail training, coaching, and evaluating performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, judgment, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel among boutiques and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Physically able to lift 15 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training on collections, product knowledge, savoir-faire, and luxury service.
• Coach advisors on personalized styling, client relationships, and styling appointments.
• Assess training effectiveness, provide structured feedback, and develop individual coaching plans.
• Partner with boutique leaders to support onboarding, business objectives, and team development.
• Promote digital learning and share client/business insights with the Fashion Expertise Home Office.
