Job summary

DÔEN is seeking a Full-Time Stylist in Wilmette, IL to deliver a personalized client experience on the sales floor, offering styling advice in line with the brand aesthetic. The role is non-exempt with an hourly range of $25–$27 per hour and requires at least 2 years in fashion retail, preferably luxury.

You’ll drive sales, build relationships with clients, maintain store visuals, and work with a team to meet daily goals while staying flexible for holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fashion retail required; luxury experience preferred.
• Energetic, confident and adaptable, with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities; detail-oriented.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized client service on the sales floor with styling guidance.
• Drive sales and contribute to store goals as part of the team.
