DÔEN is seeking a dynamic Stylist in Dallas to engage customers and authentically discuss our product and brand. The role focuses on delivering a personalized shopping experience, providing styling advice, and driving store sales while maintaining brand aesthetics.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in fashion retail (luxury preferred), strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a fashion retail environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Technological competency; experience with Shopify desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized client experience with exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Provide styling advice reflecting the brand's aesthetic using product knowledge.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Build and maintain a client book through relationships.
• Maintain store visuals and ensure organized backstock.
